A message from Gaza　　　　Monday, June 11, 2001

Hello,

The situation inisde the Gaza Strip is still a scene of siege and blockade. Israelis are still demolishing farms, homes and roads. Commuters on the road between south of Gaza strip and northern part wait agonizingly for long hours. My colleague at work left office at 1:00 PM from Gaza city to Khan younis. He arrived to his home at 6:00 PM in evening. The distance is only 23 KM.Palestinians face such realities daily. People here for example in Gaza, consider such practices as continuation of Israeli violence. Israeli "ease fire" is only heard about in inte'l media.
